Why Winthrop:
What I find most appealing about Winthrop Apartments is its Towson Town Center location. Only a short walk to the mall and downtown makes the boutiques and locally owned restaurants extremely accessible. Winthrop is also involved in the community, we recently sponsored four Friday night “Feet on the Street” concert events, hosted by the Towson Chamber of Commerce. It’s at events like this that you really get a feel for a community’s togetherness. It’s hard not to be excited when you see the energy of the crowd at events like “Feet on the Street”.
Lastly there is the community itself. With our commitment to green living standards and extensive amenities, Winthrop is setting a new expectation for multifamily housing in Towson! Residents will truly feel that they are coming home to resort style living when they walk through the front doors. Every amenity from the multi-purpose “W” room to the resort style pool, game room and open area yoga room welcomes residents and encourages community interaction.
Farmers Market:
Winthrop has had a stand at the Towson’s Farmer Market the past six weeks. Interest from current Towson residents could not be better. One resident that lives in a condo in the town center recently mentioned to me that he is considering renting his condo and moving to Winthrop to take advantage of all the amenities. Many long time Towson residents have expressed excitement that Winthrop is going to increase property values of surrounding homes. Overall, there has been a very positive reaction about what Winthrop is bringing to Towson.
