Savor a Sweet Scoop of Artisan Ice Cream at The Charmery

When David and Laura Alima decided they wanted to open their own ice cream shop, they took their research very seriously. They spent about a decade mulling over ideas and visiting ice cream parlors around the country looking for inspiration. This summer, their hard work paid off when they opened The Charmery in their home state of Maryland.
The wife-husband duo works with local farmers and food producers to craft high-quality ice creams you won’t find anywhere else. The shop always stocks its staples, like Tell Tale Chocolate, Old Bay Caramel, and the vegan Toasted Coconut. However, it also rotates seasonally inspired flavors, like chocolate peanut butter pretzel and mango sticky rice. Stop by the shop for a single scoop of your favorite flavor or a decadent sundae featuring a slew of sweet ingredients.
