The hype around Super Bowl 50 is in full swing! Don’t miss the Denver Broncos face off against the Carolina Panthers on February 7th at 6:30pm (EST). Although the game is being played in Santa Clara, California, there are plenty of great ways to enjoy the big game from the Towson area. Whether you prefer a crowded sports bar full of fellow football fans or a small at home gathering with friends, we’ve got you covered.
Head on out to one of the many Towson area bars that will be showing the game and take advantage of game day food and drink specials. Check out a few of our favorites in the Winthrop Towson neighborhood. Hit up one of the nearby hot spots like the Kent House Pub (where you can enjoy $2 slices of pizza), Charles Village Pub & Patio, and The Greene Turtle.
In the mood for something more low-key? Whip up some of your favorite party snacks and gather your best buds around the TV to cheer on your favorite team! Try some of these festive recipes to keep your taste buds happy during the big game.
Not a big football fan? There’s another big event happening! Animal Planet will be showing the Puppy Bowl XII from 3-5pm (EST) on Super Bowl Sunday. As a pet-friendly community, we couldn’t be more excited to watch #TeamRuff face off against #TeamFluff! What’s better than watching 49 sweet, adoptable puppies competing for the title of MVP (Most Valuable Puppy)?
However you choose to celebrate Super Bowl 50, we hope you have a safe and enjoyable experience!
