Pop In to Towson Hot Bagels for Breakfast and Lunch Sandwiches on New York-Style Bagels

Before it was the successful local chain that it is today, Towson Hot Bagels (known as THB by the locals) was just a little neighborhood bagel shop on Allegheny Avenue. Now, more twenty years after its opening, THB is still going strong in its original location, with expanded seating to accommodate the regular customers who stream in every morning before work and throughout the lunch hour.
Multiple local media outlets have named the THB bagels the best in the Baltimore area, thanks to its New York-style bagels that are toasted and generously loaded with cream cheese or sliced into a variety of breakfast sandwiches (the egg, sausage and cheese is a particular favorite of online reviewers). If you visit later in the day, you can order one of the THB signature deli sandwiches, like the “Mick Jagger” (corned beef and pastrami on rye) or the “Sophia Loren” (turkey, mozzarella and roasted red peppers on a kaiser roll).
