Citron Baltimore Serves Fresh Seafood With a French Flair
Posted on March 6, 2017 by editor
Though it just opened its doors in 2017, the team behind Citron in Baltimore County has loads of experience. Charles Levine, who has directed his own respected catering business out of Owings Mills since 1985, is the owner and operator of Citron, while the kitchen and house staff are all veterans of the service industry.
The restaurant’s interior spreads over 10,000 square feet, with a fireplace lounge for those chilly winter nights and a large bar area that really buzzes during happy hour. The adjacent outdoor patio is also sure to be a local hot spot once summer rolls around. The menu is focused on classic New American fare with a hint of French flair, with a particular emphasis on seafood. Yelpers name the herb-seared sea bass and the cedar planked salmon as standout dishes, so if you’re looking for something special, consider treating yourself to one of these specialty plates.
